The EASZ-3000 is a mains powered non -intrusive microprocessor based clamp on ultrasonic flow meter for measuring the flow rate and total volume of liquids flowing through process and effluent pipelines. It is suitable for a wide range of liquids, including aerated water, liquids containing suspended solids, slurries and sludges.

The EESIFLO EASZ-3000 requires fluids with a minimum concentration of 100 ppm of solids or bubbles having minimum size of 100 microns and works on most pipes 1 inch and above.

The flowmeter utilises the non-intrusive Doppler principle to measure the mean velocity and is particularly useful as a fixed flow indicator or as a working tool to establish flow conditions in field or plant installations. Units of measurement available are m/s, ls, lm, lh, m3/sec, m3/m, m3/hr, ft3/h, ft3/s, usgps,usgpm, usgph, usmgd. The unit has built in logic to cut off measurement of flow readings on applications which are not suited for Doppler measurement. Each unit is factory calibrated and ready to install andmeasure flow rates within seconds.

Portable Type

The EASZ-10P Flow Meter measures the velocity of fluids in pipelines using a totally non-intrusive principle and gives flow rates and total in either METRIC or IMPERIAL units.


The EASZ-10P utilizes a high speed, 16-bit microprocessor unit with 32-Kbyte FLASH memory. The user-friendly flowmeter comes with a range of features to ensure easy and reliable flow measurement. The flow signal from the flow sensor is continuously analyzed and should the signal quality become unacceptable an error message is displayed.

It is designed for use with sewage, wastewater, pulp stock, mining slurries, food products and other fluids which contain in excess of 0,1% suspended solids or bubbles. The particle size for successful operation must be greater than 100 microns. 

Flowmeter Battery Details

  • The10P is supplied with 4 x 2V 650mAh AA size Ni-Cd removable cells and a 110/230Vac battery charger.
  • Charge battery fully before first use and thereafter recharge only when fully The 10P will indicate an error message when battery charge is low and automatically switch off.
  • The 110/230Vac battery charger supplied as standard with the 10P is a 65mA constant current charger. The 10P should be switched off during The charge time for the 650mAh cells supplied is 14-16 hours (maximum 20 hours). THE CELLS MUST NOT BE OVER CHARGED. Under charging of the cells will reduce the life and capacity of the cells.
